Scott Miller
Chapter President / National Director
Scott is an Army veteran. He has been the President of our Chapter since 2023. He loves hunting, fishing, cars, and everything outdoors. He is passionate about working with our veterans and advocating for real change and helping vets live their best life.
Oscar Ballard
Vice President/VAC Representative
Oscar is an Army veteran. He is our Chapter Vice President. Has served on the board for many years.
Keith Harvey
Secretary/VAVS Representative
Mr. Harvey is an Air Force veteran and is very active on behalf of the Iowa Chapter. He has served on the board for many years. In addition, he is the VAVS representative with the Des Moines VA and is also an active Volunteer with the VA.
Duane Friders
Treasurer
Duane Frideres IPVA board member & Treasurer.
Duane is a Navy Veteran who strongly believes in veterans rights.
James (Jim) O'Brien
Board Member/Advocacy Director
Jim is an Air Force Veteran. He continues to show his dedication for his country and fellow man by fighting for the rights of others and for a cure!
David Graham
Board Member/Sports Director
David is a Navy Veteran and has served the Iowa PVA for many years. As a board member as well as Sports Director.
Lonn Cunningham
Board Member
VAVS Representative IA City VA
Lonn is a Navy veteran having served in the Gulf War. He is passionate about helping veterans with SCI/D through his role as a Board Member and VAVS Representative. He is also an inventor and small business owner.
James (Jim) DeLany
Board Member
Mr. DeLany, a Marine, has served on the Iowa PVA Board for many years. He continues to contribute to the Chapter and serve Iowa PVA.
Robert (Bob) Juarez
Board Member
Mr. Juarez is one of our newest board members. He is a Navy Veteran. He is passionate about sports and helping others with SCI/D.
Dennis Keefe
Board Member
Mr. Keefe, a Navy veteran, has been a board member for many years. He diligently serves the Iowa PVA chapter.
Dan Nichols
Board Member
Dan, a Navy veteran, engages with fellow veterans in the community to foster greater awareness of existing opportunities.
Nikki Stevenson
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Nikki works along side our President to ensure the Board is informed and knowledgable and ensure that the chapter logistics are handled and running smoothly.
Gretchen Baldwin -
Office Manager
Gretchen is the glue and the windex. She keeps our chapter a well oiled machine. Her dedication and passion for organization shows in everything she does.
